Whether you’re a developer, designer, marketer, or aspiring founder, Startup Weekend Bohol is your chance to turn ideas into action. Below is the complete schedule so you can plan your experience and make the most of every session, pitch, and connection.
Over the course of one weekend, you’ll move from idea to prototype with the help of experienced mentors, dynamic teams, and a vibrant startup community. Each day is packed with activities designed to help you grow, build, and launch.
Lightning Pitches
5:00 PM – Welcome Dinner and Registration
6:00 PM – Opening Message
6:30 PM – Fire Pitches begin! 🔥
7:00 PM – Vote (and rally for votes) for the ideas to be worked on over the weekend
7:45 PM – Team Formation with the chosen ideas for the weekend
8:30 PM – Finalize teams and get ready for tomorrow
Mentorship Sessions
8:00 AM – Venue opens
8:30 AM – Morning check-in with Facilitator
9:00 AM – Workshops (Business Model Canvas, Pitching, Validation)
12:00 PM – Lunch is served
1:30 PM – Mentorship session starts
5:30 PM – Mentorship session ends
6:30 PM – Dinner is served
8:00 PM – Evening check-in with Facilitator
Final Pitches
8:00 AM – Venue opens
